Virtual collaboration is being considered and used more than ever in light of the pandemic. On March 31, 2020, the Government of Ontario issued an Emergency Order that permits nonprofits to hold meetings electronically or over the phone, even if there is legislation or bylaws (ex: Ontario’s Corporations Act) that say otherwise.

If boards wish to share tools that would assist other teams with virtual meetings, we would be happy to post them as well. Please send any resources to bryn.hamilton@afhto.ca.
