LeaderShift news

Input needed for 2019 locations – So far the LeaderShift project has delivered 7 LEADS Learning Series cohorts across Ontario and over 200 community and primary health care leaders have been through this rigorous, leadership enhancing program.

They’re seeking your feedback on which locations you would like to see the LeaderShift, LEADS Learning Series delivered in 2019. Please provide your input regarding where you, your staff and colleagues would like to attend a cohort next year by end of day today.

CPSO Draft Continuity of Care Policies

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario is seeking your feedback on a set of draft Continuity of Care policies. The set is comprised of a foundational Continuity of Care policy, referred to as the umbrella policy, and four companion policies that set out expectations regarding Availability and Coverage; Managing Tests; Transitions in Care; and Walk-in Clinics.

The deadline to provide feedback is December 9, 2018. If you have any feedback specifically for AFHTO to consider during the CPSO stakeholder consultation session, please let us know at info@afhto.ca.

Paediatric Project ECHO

Paediatric Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) invites all Ontario health care providers interested in learning about paediatric acute and chronic pain, obesity management, complex care, and palliative care (in partnership with Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO)) to participate at no cost. This program is CME accredited.
