The Ontario Health Compensation Market Salary Report is ready to be shared. Executive Directors, Admin Leads, and Human Resource Managers are invited to attend a webinar which will be held on Tuesday November 14th 12:00pm – 1:30pm.
The webinar will include a technical briefing on the Compensation Market Salary Report as well as an update on the advocacy strategy. Time will be built into the webinar to answer questions, and the webinar will be recorded and shared. The report will be shared with members via email shortly after the webinar.
As a reminder, AFHTO, in partnership with nine other associations representing community-based care, came together and collectively conducted a compensation market refresh. To get a better idea of wage, benefits, and pension disparities, the 10 associations hired Eckler Ltd. to conduct an Ontario Community Health Market Salary Review, inclusive of interprofessional primary care, community support services, community mental health and addictions, and long-term care. The associations have collectively engaged Enterprise Canada to assist with strategic communications and advocacy.
