Kindly note this Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is being sent to board chairs, executive directors, administrative leads, lead physicians and clinic director nurse practitioners of our member organizations.
The AGM will be conducted in person only, the day before the conference, and will take place as follows:

Tuesday, October 24, 2023
5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel – Chestnut Room
123 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario
Each AFHTO member organization is entitled to designate one voting representative for the AGM. Board chairs of member organizations have the right to appoint any person associated with their organization as their voting delegate.
Please e-mail taryn.jacquard@afhto.ca by end of day Thursday, October 19th to indicate who will attend and will vote as representative of your organization.
For member organizations that are unable to attend the AGM in person, you can submit a proxy ballot with your vote to sherry.parsley@afhto.ca by end of day Thursday, October 19.
The AGM agenda and accompanying reports will be provided soon.
