Shine a light on your team’s achievements. Nominate an outstanding team or individual for a “Bright Lights” Award by July 14, 2023.

AFHTO’s “Bright Lights” Awards recognize AFHTO members’ leadership, outstanding work and the significant progress being made to improve the value interprofessional primary care teams across Ontario deliver.

Expanding and enhancing interprofessional primary care teams EOI- request for submissions

The deadline for EOI applications has just passed, so by now all interested members have made their submissions. We’d like to request all EDs and Admin Leads who participated to share their submissions with AFHTO if you’re willing to do so. This information will be used to help inform advocacy efforts on your behalf.

Ontario Nonprofit Network state of the sector survey

Ontario Nonprofit Network (ONN) has launched their survey, 2023 realities for Ontario’s nonprofit sector. “The nonprofit sector’s data is powerful and holds vital information on the invaluable work we do all across Ontario. In the numbers lies a story that can be used to create change alongside governments, and other stakeholders. The survey is open to all nonprofits, charities, and grassroots groups in Ontario with a mission to serve a public benefit.”

Survey details

  • Survey is available in French.
  • Completion will take approximately 15 minutes.
  • Survey closes on July 5 by 5pm.
