EDs and Admin leads- advising IHPs re member updates, including compensation
We have had a few IHPs contacting us regarding compensation survey updates. As a reminder, all staff, clinicians, and board members of AFHTO member teams are eligible to receive this newsletter and other relevant updates.
Compensation survey results and any other updates related to them will be released in this newsletter and/or other emails. EDs and Admin Leads, please advise them they can sign up via our home page or by emailing info@afhto.ca if you haven’t already done so.

WSIB Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Awards

Seeking parents/caregivers of youth under 25 who died by suicide
There is a research study led by Dr. Toula Kourgiantakis (University of Toronto- Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work) on Youth Suicide and Systems of Care. This study aims to better understand the types of formal and informal care youth and young adults received prior to a suicide. They’d like to meet with parents/caregivers of youth under 25 years old who died by suicide to hear their perspectives on the systems of care that their youth interacted with.
