Non-medical cannabis resource Centre for Effective Practice has launched the Non-Medical Cannabis Resource. Its aim is to assist primary care providers in discussing non-medical cannabis use with their patients in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Sections include:
- Section A: Screening for cannabis use
- Section B: Harm reduction and patient counselling
- Section C: Benefits/harms for patients using cannabis

| AFHTO updates AFHTO at Health Quality Transformation- Health Quality Transformation is tomorrow, and we’ll be there as an exhibitor. If you’re at the Toronto session, come say hi! We’re always happy to see our members. No “Bits & Pieces” next week– due to our own conference next week, we’ll be skipping next Tuesday’s email. We’ll resume our regular schedule the week after. Now’s the time to meet with your MPP! Now is a great time to meet with new MPPs or to touch base with longer-serving MPPs with whom you’ve met before. There are 124 MPPs in the legislature – 73 are newly elected. It’s important for teams to build this relationship and ensure MPPs know the value of team-based care for their constituents.
