Employment contracts, if properly used, can protect organizations and save them tens of thousands of dollars, especially during a termination.
On June 21, 2018, Maria McDonald, McDonald HR Law, reviewed the most common mistakes FHTs and NPLCs make with employment contracts. The following was discussed:
