On April 19 and 26, 2018, LeaderShift webinars were hosted by the Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA). LeaderShift is a new leadership development project being led by the OCSA in partnership with AFHTO, the Association of Ontario Health Centres, and Addictions and Mental Health Ontario. These webinars focused on how to educate, understand and gain practical ideas about opportunities for leadership, a well as the politics and system changes in Ontario’s health care that are important to know to help do this.
