New in D2D 5.0: You will be able to submit data at the sub-team (site) level to allow comparison between your sites. Sub-team data will not be used for comparison with other teams, included in the calculation of aggregate data, or included in the calculation of your team’s scores.
Why are we doing this?
Some large, multi-site teams have told us that the data is more manageable and meaningful at the sub-team level, particularly if their sites are large or far apart. We are giving you the option of submitting data for each site, which you can then use to do site-to-site comparisons within teams. Your sub-team data will not show up on the interactive report, but we can provide you with an individualized sub-team report based on the data you submit.
Sounds good. What do I need to do?
Make up a site code (up to four letters and/or numbers) for each site you wish to submit data about. After submitting your team-level data, repeat the submission steps. When prompted to enter your team code, enter it followed by a colon (:) the site code. For example, if your team name is MyTeam2017 and your site codes are A001, A002, etc., your sub-team codes will be MyTeam2017:A001, MyTeam2017:A002, etc. Instead of clicking Submit after you enter your site data, click Save (clicking Submit isn’t the end of the world, but it will necessitate extra data-cleaning work before the interactive report can be published.)
