Indicator: Say what was important Specific Measurement: Patient Experience survey question Did your doctor let you say what was important? Definition Source: AFHTO Data Source: Existing patient experience surveys Data Access Notes: For this indicator please use your patient survey responses between April 1 2014 and March 31 2015 only. Numerator:  Compile the top two positive survey responses (e.g agree and strongly agree) for each relevant question. Denominator: Compile the total number of survey responses for each relevant question Teams whose surveys did not include the relevant questions will not be able to contribute data for these indicators. They may consider including these questions in subsequent surveys.
