As part of our Raising the Bar on Governance Webcast Series, the updated ‘Fundamentals of Governance’ guidebook was reviewed and we took a deeper dive into the standard roles and responsibilities of FHT and NPLC boards. Participants also reviewed the new governance requirements under the FHT contract and learned how to ensure their board meets these requirements.

The Board Role Checklist is now available to help enhance understanding of a board’s role and responsibilities, and to be a quick reference tool for boards to better understand responsibilities as defined in governance leading practices:
