Upgrades to Ontario Business Registry allow non-profits better access to corporate records

The Ontario Business Registry (OBR) now allows non-profits incorporated under Ontario law to access a complete package of their historical corporate records held by the Ministry (including letters patent, supplementary letters patent, and profile reports) at a low cost. Previously, non-profits had to work through a third-party provider which could add fees of hundreds of dollars. To use this new feature, organizations will need a CompanyKey.
