EpiPen shortage alert: Pfizer has notified the Ministry that they no longer have any inventory of the EpiPen 0.3 mg. They expect the next shipment by late August. EpiPen 0.15mg continues to be available. Read more here.

Change to Maximum Days’ Supply of Prescriptions Dispensed for Ontario Works Recipients 25 years of Age and Older:
According to a notice from the Executive Officer, “Effective Aug. 1, 2018, all Ontario Works recipients will, in most cases, be eligible to receive a maximum of 100-days’ supply of medication under the Ontario Drug Benefit program. This ensures that all ODB program recipients are eligible to receive up to 100 days’ supply of their medication, in most cases.” Read the FAQ here.
