Free summer course on Brain Health The Glendon Centre for Cognitive Health is seeking interpofessional health care providers to take the ‘Brain Health’ certificate pilot course August -13, 2018 at the York University, Glendon Campus in Toronto. The Caregiver Wishlist The Change Foundation worked with caregivers to create a set of videos to help them and to help health care providers who work with them. The wishlist includes “better communications, caregiver identification, assistance with system navigation, respect and empathy from healthcare providers, discharge training and more transcend disease, diagnosis and journey.” See the videos here. |
