Looking for Volunteers – Board Chair Leadership Council

Evolving governance practices and supporting FHT & NPLC boards remains a pivotal priority for AFHTO, particularly in this current climate of health system change.

AFHTO is currently looking at establishing A Board Chair Leadership Council. Its purpose is to provide a resource on governance matters for FHTs and NPLCs, to give advice and input to the AFHTO board and staff as needed, and contribute to the maintenance of highly functional boards.

Encourage your Chairs to volunteer to facilitate the development of the competent boards and advance team profiles as an integral part of the primary care transformation. For more information please contact Bryn Hamilton, Provincial Lead for Governance & Leadership.
