Focus Groups with IHPs – looking beyond measurement to improvement in interprofessional care: IHPs will be sharing their clinical perspectives on how AFHTO can help teams move from measurement to improvement. Some focus groups have already been scheduled, and we are still seeking participants for others. How is D2D working for you?
