Support research on safer, healthier workplaces in healthcare
The Institute of Health Policy, Management & Evaluation at the University of Toronto is conducting a graduate research study exploring how healthcare organizations collect and integrate data related to physical and psychological safety in the workplace.
We are currently seeking individuals working in HR, Occupational Health & Safety, clinical leadership, IT/informatics, or related roles to participate in a brief 10–15-minute interview. We’re particularly interested in hearing from professionals working in primary care and community-based healthcare settings, including those involved in mental health and team-based models of care.
Your insights will help us better understand the challenges and opportunities in building safer, more supportive work environments across healthcare.
Participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential. If you or a colleague would be open to contributing, we’d greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with you.
