Dear AFHTO EDs and Member Communications Staff, 

Thank you for all the work you continue to do supporting the local communication and advocacy efforts across Ontario’s primary care teams. As we find ourselves in the middle of a federal election, your voice is crucial in supporting advocacy for the continued investment in health human resources and expansion of primary care teams.

To support you in these efforts, AFHTO has developed the 2025 Federal Election Member Package, which provides practical resources to help you engage with MP candidates, align your team’s messaging, and amplify your impact. This toolkit includes:

1. AFHTO Federal Member Toolkit which overviews the suite of resources contained in the package and provides key information.
2. CFPC Team-Based Caree One-Pager which is an excellent visual to share as you engage with your communities and MP candidates.
3. AFHTO MP One Pager which contains key messages as your team engages with MP candidates and does social media.
